Monique Young is a Mental Health Consultant with a background as a Student Services Coordinator and Professional School Counselor that has experience creating innovative mental health systems for students in urban schools.
Monique currently serves as CEO & Founder of The School Counselor Coach, an education consulting business focused on increasing counseling services through intentional intervention in urban K-8 schools.
She has facilitated 100+ hours of professional development to school and district-level staff to build capacity with developing a team approach towards student intervention and crises, and furthermore advocating for professional needs to effectively serve students.
